Hey - I dont know if reopening the ticket worked, since its a litte long time ago I created the ticket. So I will send another message here:
My Account tom.wischler@meineleads.de got blocked because of fraud protection. I am a pro plan user and did not create any new account or other thing that could trigger the fraud protection (I guess?)
Please free my account it's really important for me to use my clay account since our daily business depends on it!
