Can anyone help here?
I need to filter leads based on their Job Titles and move them to a new table.
You can filter leads by job title in two ways: 1. Use Table Filters: Apply filters to your existing table by selecting specific job title criteria (contains/does not contain certain keywords). 2. Create a new table with filtered results: • Go to "Create new" → "Table" → "Find people" • Set job title filters in the search parameters • Preview results and click "Import" to save to a new table The Find People tool lets you filter by organizational level, function, or specific titles to narrow your search.
Hey, you can use a filter on the Job Title column, then use Write to Other Table or Send Table Data to move those filtered leads. This didn't help at all. I've shared my table's link so that you can see that I want to send over data by using filters and create 3 tables from 1.
Hey, Yes, you can do this using the Send Table Data enrichment. It lets you take data from one table and send it to another. To split it into 3 tables based on filters: 1. Apply a run condition or use filters so it only runs for rows that match specific criteria 2. Duplicate the Send Table Data step three times—each with its own filter or run condition 3. Point each one to a different target table That way, each filtered segment is sent to its own table. Let me know if you want help setting it up.
