Inquiring About Rolling Over Clay Credits for New Billing Cycle

Hi guys, I just got my company to start using Clay and they haven't done much with it yet as I'm still showing them how much we can get done with clay. Right now we have barely touched our credits. Who do I talk to in order to roll over our credits into the new billing cycle?

Credits automatically roll over—no action needed! If you're on a monthly plan, unused credits roll over up to 2x your monthly limit. [1] For example, with a 50,000 credit plan, you can accumulate up to 100,000 total credits. [2]
Annual plans get all credits upfront, so you can use them anytime throughout the year. [3] The rollover happens automatically on your renewal date, though processing may take a few hours. [4]

So credits can roll over for up to how many months? If we don't exhaust our credits in the month it was purchased, how many months before we lose it if unused?

Credits can roll over for up to 2 months based on our rollover system.
Here's how it works: unused credits accumulate up to 2x your monthly limit, then any excess is lost. [1] So if you have a 50,000 credit plan, you can build up to 100,000 total credits maximum. [2]
Credits don't expire after a specific number of months—they're lost only when you exceed the 2x rollover cap. [3]
