Can I Use GPT-4 Turbo for Effective Web Research Prompts?

Hey there, I asked chatgpt to do a proper web-research prompt, and it told me I would need GPT 4o turbo if i really wanted a good prompt where it can actually open URL's etc. Is that true, or can I still use gpt 4o mini for this? Please help! If i only can use gpt 4o turbo, how can I access that inside of clay?
