Trouble Adding CIO to Airtable Sheet - Need Advice

HI there, I'm trying to run add cio to airtable in this sheet and it's not working nor giving m an error. Please advise. Thanks!

    Looks like many columns in your table have errors, based on the alert icon in the headers. It says that the original column where the data came from no longer exists, do you what that should be?
