Integrating HubSpot with Clay for Real-Time Contact Injection

stupid question but hoping for some help

  • When a contact in Hubspot is created from a certain Ad we want to inject it to Clay

  • We want to do this in near real time

  • Is this possible with the Hubspot x Clay integration?

  • Is it best to use a webhook instead?

    Yes, you can inject HubSpot contacts into Clay in near real-time using two approaches:1. Native Integration (Pro Plan required): • Use the "Create or Update Contact with HubSpot" action • You can identify contacts by email address or HubSpot Contact ID 2. Webhook/API Method (Available on Explorer Plan): • Use Webhook tables to stream data into Clay • Alternatively, use HTTP API enrichment columns to push data • You'll need to configure calls to HubSpot's endpoints using their API documentationFor near real-time data sync, the webhook approach might be more suitable as it allows for immediate data transfer when triggered by contact creation events in HubSpot.     Hey there Alex thanks for reaching out, if you are going for as close of real time update as possible a webhook would be the way to go for this, as Webhooks will update inside of a table as soon as a record is added.
