    Hmm — was thinking it was possible they were a duplicated lead or invalid email. Is there a verified email on those rows?

    yes they are verified but it might be duplicated in another table

    Yes, I would verify that. Also check your smartlead campaign settings as well. If all looks good, try rerunning those failed columns.

    Yep, as Brandon mentioned, this is usually because they may exist in other campaigns already, but the Smartlead column should have a toggle button to get around that if you need them to get added.Let us know if that was it!
