What's the best way within Clay to scrape a list of people following a certain linkedin page (competitor etc). I don't think Trigify does this right
We don't have a direct feature to scrape LinkedIn followers of specific pages. However, we can help you gather related data through our integrations. You can use our "Find People" search and filter by LinkedIn follower count to identify influential individuals. We also offer company LinkedIn follower counts and URLs through our data enrichment capabilities. For more detailed follower information, you might need to explore third-party tools outside of Clay. If you need further assistance with this, please request to talk to a human agent in this conversation.
No, you misunderstood. I want to build a list based on followers of a certain page Linkedin company page -->Scrape and export all of the linkedin profiles following that page
thanks I look forward to hearing from support. Sharing a table isn't necessary, it's a general product question
use rapid api linkedin scrapper
Hey Alexander, thanks for reaching out! The most straightforward option would be to use this APIFY scraper—we integrate with them, and it should do the trick: LINK. Also, you can temporarily switch your employment to that company. That way, you’ll be able to view all their followers in Sales Nav. From there, you can export the list with the following methods: Option 1: To use LinkedIn Sales Navigator with Clay, you can import a Sales Navigator search when creating a new table by selecting the "External List" method in the Find People search. Note: you can only import a max of 2.500 people from one URL search. Here a tutorial to organize your search if you exceed the 2.500 limit. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1464873857/0e5a42215d5e3db1f92dedf334fa/b9a300ca-a896-4c69-86ff-6bda78ac7b48?expires=1744119000&signature=dcf6b85119fb1c0b2c35ef4d097a1b6838ead84279beda5563850e3a02bcaa41&req=dSQhEsF5nolaXvMW1HO4zSNWBswPB%2BH4lqMmBIV1CbqK%2FpRU4ey8dNNhg4Sx%0AtV8K%0A Option 2: You can export lists from Sales Navigator with tools such as "FullEnrich" (unlimited sales nav exports), "Scrupp.com", "Findymail", "Icypeas", "Datagma", "Prospeo" and others, and then upload them to Clay. They all have chrome extentions. Remember to use these tools within LinkedIn's guidelines to avoid any issues with your account.
If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know! 😊 Have a great one, Daniel
Thanks! 2 questions For APIFY - I don't have an APIFY account, but it seems like I can just buy that particular tool which is $40 a month + usage, connect to clay, and all set, right? 2 options - if I can import a sales nav list directly to Clay, what would be the reason or benefit to scrape linkedin with something like Findymail?
Hey, Yep, that’s right—APIFY lets you use just the specific tool you need. You can pay the $ + usage, connect it to Clay, and you’re good to go. As for scraping LinkedIn with something like Findymail, if you can already import a Sales Nav list directly into Clay, there’s really no added benefit to scraping—it’s simpler and more reliable to go straight through the import.
