I keep getting "unable to update waterfall" even though the waterfall curerntly worked for the first row I tested. More importantly, the error message doesn't tell you what is broken.
When you encounter the "unable to update waterfall" error, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: 1. First, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page, as this resolves many persistent error messages in Clay. 2. Perform a hard refresh of your browser: • On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • On PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) 3. If the issue persists, it could be related to formatting problems with your data inputs or temporary front-end performance issues. If these steps don't resolve the problem, please share a screenshot of the error and the specific table where you're experiencing this issue so we can provide more targeted assistance.
Ewing - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
