I'm not seeing an option in settings to purchase top-up credits. Was this removed?
The option to purchase top-up credits is still available, but only for users on a paid plan. If you are on a free plan, the ability to buy additional credits is not offered—you would need to upgrade to a paid plan to access this feature. To purchase credit top-ups on a paid plan: ** Go to Settings > Plans & Billing > Purchase Credits. ** Select the amount you need and continue with the purchase. Credit top-ups cost 50% more per credit than your plan’s standard rate. If you don’t see the option and you’re on a paid plan, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help.
I don't see the option and I'm on the Explorer plan.
Matthew S. can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing under settings / plans & billing
Hey Kareem! 😄 Here you go:
Hey, Since you’re on a yearly Explorer plan, topping up credits directly isn’t available. The best workaround is to add a monthly plan alongside it—that gives you extra credits and is actually more cost-effective than buying credits separately. Let me know if you have more questions
Hey Bo! Sounds like I'd have to add a second plan — how exactly do I do that? Or is the idea that I downgrade to, for example, a monthly Pro plan for $800 and get 50k credits immediately?
Just a quick follow-up here Bo (. 🙏🏻
Bumping again — sorry to be persistent, Bo (.!
Hey there, thanks for your patience with us. Today we don't offer credit top-ups on annual plans. And when downgrading, the new plan kicks in when the current one expires (at the end of the annual plan). Upgrade would take effect immediately, though. So the best option here is to upgrade to the self-serve annual Pro plan. That would give all credits up-front, and start a new 1-year period to use them. That is likely the best path if you find you're exhausting credits more quickly than expected.
