Troubleshooting Pending Team Invitations in Clay

Hi, I've been trying to invite a team member from the Settings > Team tab... I've tried a few times, but he's not getting the invites in his email, and it just says "pending" in Clay. Not sure what to do.

Hey there thanks for reaching out, can you ask your teammate to check their spam folder just in case, also could you post a link to the workspace you are trying to invite your team mate too so that we can take a look.

Hey there took a look and resent the invite again, can you ask your teammate to check their spam folder just in case.

LuisArturo He still hasn't gotten any invite. He said he got one from someone else yesterday and it was fine. Weird.

Hey!! Sorry for that issue. Happy to check this internally. A quick workaround would be to remove the pending invite, have your team member register their Clay account, and then when you add them they should automatically get added to the workspace instead of having to receive an email. They may need to refresh their page once you invite/add them to your workspace to ensure they can see it in the top-right options. Let me know if you run into any issues with this workaround!

Oh, scratch that! I saw the link you shared above and checked the invite, there was an extra character missing in his email. I've added Michael to your workspace now. Let him know we say hi! 😎
