OpenAI calls failing with - "The model provider's rate limits are low. Please try again later or increase your limits." from 14/Nov onwards. No issues on the OpenAI front - just zero calls from Clay.

This error means your OpenAI API key doesn't meet our tier requirements. For company enrichment columns, you need 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute), and for Claygent web research, you need 450,000 TPM which requires Tier 2 or higher.
Check your current tier at OpenAI's limits page. If you're on free tier or Tier 1, you'll need to upgrade to Tier 2. [1]
You can also verify your API key is correct at OpenAI API Keys and update it in Clay if needed.

Trying to run the cell manually fails after 10+ mins with "The model provider's rate limits are low. Please try again later or increase your limits." The key says: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors. Tried 4.1 mini (earlier was 4o-mini) but the results are the same.

The "exceeded your current quota" error means you've hit your OpenAI spending limit, not a tier issue. Check your billing and usage at https://platform.openai.com/account/usage.
You'll need to add credits to your OpenAI account or increase your monthly spending limit in your OpenAI billing settings. Even though you're on Tier 2, OpenAI has separate quota limits based on your account balance and spending limits.
Once you add funds or increase your quota limit in OpenAI, the integration should work again.
