If you're encountering an error when trying to use the GPT-4O model with Claygent, it may be due to your OpenAI API plan not meeting the required token per minute (TPM) limits. For Claygent, you need at least 450,000 TPM on your OpenAI account. Free or lower-tier plans typically do not support this requirement, which can result in errors when selecting advanced models like GPT-4O. To resolve this, check your OpenAI API usage tier and ensure it meets the necessary limits by visiting OpenAI API Usage Limits. If your plan does not meet the requirements, consider upgrading your OpenAI plan or using a supported model within your current limits. Also, make sure your account setup and payment verification with OpenAI are complete, as incomplete setup can also cause access issues .

Even with a tier 3 OpenAI account, you may encounter errors using the GPT-4O model with Claygent if your API key does not meet the required tokens per minute (TPM) limit for Claygent, which is 450,000 TPM. Double-check your API key and ensure it is correctly entered in Clay. If you have recently changed your API key, a warning may indicate slow performance due to account limits. You can verify your current usage tier and TPM limits in your OpenAI account settings. If your limits are below 450,000 TPM, you may need to request a higher tier or contact OpenAI support for further assistance. Also, make sure your OpenAI account setup and payment verification are complete, as incomplete setup can cause access issues .

you might want to check the project scope in your openai account for this, looks like the project does not have access to the model

If your OpenAI project does not have access to the GPT-4O model with Claygent, even with a tier 3 account, there are a few things to check: ** Project Scope and Model Access: Make sure the specific OpenAI project (not just your account) has been granted access to the GPT-4O model. Sometimes, even if your account is on a high tier, individual projects may not have access to all models by default. You can review and manage model access in your OpenAI dashboard under the project settings. ** API Key and Limits: Double-check that the API key you are using in Clay is from the correct project and has the required token per minute (TPM) limits. For Claygent, you need at least 450,000 TPM. If your key is from a different project or has lower limits, you may encounter errors. ** Account Setup and Payment Verification: Ensure your OpenAI account and project have completed all necessary setup steps, including payment verification. Incomplete setup can restrict model access. ** API Key Updates: If you recently changed your API key, update it in Clay and check if the issue persists. A warning about slow performance may indicate low limits, not lack of model access. If you have confirmed all the above and still face issues, your project may require additional permissions or manual enablement for GPT-4O. In that case, you may need to request human assistance by asking to speak with a support agent in this chat.

Hey Alex, Looks like you got it sorted—great job. The issue was likely due to the API key not having access to the GPT-4o model, which often happens with free plans or different project setups. Everything in your table seems to be working fine now. Let me know if you need help with anything else.
