As an agency that provides matching talent for companies. Can I use Clay to find job openings for certain roles from my ICP companies? I don't want signals for already hired employees. Curious about when ICP companies post Job Openings

Yes, you can use Clay to find job openings from your ICP companies. Use the Find Jobs as Enrichment approach - add your existing ICP company list to a table, then use the Find Jobs enrichment to pull active job openings from those specific companies. The enrichment pulls data from PredictLeads, Google Jobs, and our native jobs database. You can filter by job keywords for specific roles you're recruiting for. This shows only current job postings, not already-filled positions. You can identify hiring velocity patterns - companies posting 3+ roles versus 500+ roles to determine growth-stage companies. For broader searches, use Find Jobs as Source to discover openings across all companies, then filter by location, job type, and titles.
