Uploading people to a table by CSV and they're not showing. It registers the amount of rows (see 0/3553) but I keep click "show all rows" and nothing happens

I re duplicated the table, tried again, and the bug happens again

AJ C. try importing your Csv into a new blank table (custom). Let me know if that works.

That won't help, I have a 50-column workflow that's already pre built I need to enrich the data

Also for the support team... I'm guessing by the time I get a response, I'll be offline for the day. And, I have 5000 credits in my clay right now that are about to expire tomorrow. I was going to use them today on this campaign but clay is bugging on me. Can you prevent my credits from rolling over so I can use them monday once this gets fixed please?

Hey Alexander, thanks for reaching out! Given this issue, I'll extend you're credits for another week so you have a chance to use them on this table! :) It appears there was a filter on this view which limited the results to only those where the column, 'P - Creative Outbound Ideas', is empty (doesn't have any results). I duplicated the view, removed the filter, and all of the rows appeared. Check out the video below! Let me know if this fully solves the problem, or if you have any other questions! :)

Owen C. something went wrong though, I still have 5078 credits - which is correct, but my plan renewed over the weekend so I should have 2k more, it didn't register?

Hello Alexander! If you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever you’d like. You can read more about the Credit Roll Over Update here. In your case here, you have more that 2x the amount allowed by your plan (4,000). The 2,000 credits were added to your account, but some credits were also taken away to comply with the allowed limit. Let me know if you have additional questions!
