Hi - I'm having trouble adding my ZoomInfo account to try to enrich companies. Get "an error occured while creating the account"
To resolve this issue, you can try these steps: 1. Navigate to Settings > Connections 2. Find and select ZoomInfo from the list of services 3. Try adding your account again, making sure to: โข Enter the correct credentials โข Double-check all required fields 4. After adding the account, you can test if it's working properly by: โข Locating your ZoomInfo account in the connections list โข Clicking the "..." menu next to the account โข Selecting "Test Connection"If you continue experiencing issues after following these steps, you may want to explicitly ask for human support in this conversation.
