I’ve checked your page and found two things:
1. Character Limit: Our cells have an 8,000-character limit. If you’ve hit that limit, the only solution is to reduce the size of the content you’re adding to the column. You can do this with a formula like you mentioned by capping it at 8,000 characters. Alternatively, you can split the data into two formula columns—one with the first 4,000 characters and the second with the remaining 4,000.
2. Stale Data: Yes, your table contains stale data, which is why some columns are grayed out, and the content isn’t being pulled. To fix this, you need to turn off your table and then turn it back on. This will refresh all the stale data (note: it will cost credits).
