hey everyone, i have a problem with finding people at companies. I have a list of e-commerce stores and I'm trying to find people at those stores using domain. But for some reason in the preview I see people that work at KFC, PWC and other companies that are totally off the target. How do i fix this?

excuse me, but i think you got it wrong, i purchased $349 plan through affiliate link so i got 12000 credits, then i ran 10 claygent rows with gpt4o mini, so it should have left me with 11990 credits. but now there are only 849 credits available in my account. how is that possible?
even by the logic that there is in column run summary - i should have 11151 credits left
that's completely new account and i didn't use any enrichments besides this claygent
Hey there, I just took a look in your account and am only seeing Claygent as the only enrichment column you've used so I am not sure where the remaining 11K credits went. If you select run info in the column menu it will tell you how many credits each enrichment used. I will need to check in our backend once our credit data has refreshed(which is every 24 hours) to see where the remaining credits went. Do you mind checking back in this time frame and we can get this issue resolved?
