Hello Clay Team, I have an ugent problem: My Clay to Smartlead connection seems to not be working. We already tried reconnecting the API key without success. Testing the same API key with postman for example works without any issues.
To resolve your Smartlead connection issue, please check these key points: 1. Verify that your Smartlead API key is properly added in Clay under Settings > Connections > search for Smartlead. 2. Make sure you've completed both requirements for the integration: β’ Confirm your Smartlead API key is correctly copied from app.smartlead.ai/app/settings/profile β’ Verify you have an existing campaign set up in Smartlead (this is required for the integration to work)Even if the API key works in Postman, it needs to be properly linked within Clay's connection settings. Update: I changed nothing and it works again. Update 2: it stopped working again for no reason.
