Any idea the cause of this salesforce lookup error?

Travers N., appreciate the patience (had a call in between testing this)... Found out there's an empty space in the Object ID column, thus it considers it part of the ID and causes it to error out cause it's not valid.

Conditional formulas can help you trim the empty space in a new column to replace this one. I tested the first row by removing the space and it worked.
