Do I get charged for using the “Find with Google Search” feature? It shows 0 credits but my credits reduced suddenly.

Yes, you may be charged even when no results are found. Different data providers have different charging policies - some will charge credits just for attempting to find results, regardless of whether they find anything or not. This means you can be charged even if the search returns zero results.
