One of the formulas has stopped working suddenly. Its a simple formula of adding 4 columns. I used the same formula in 4 separate tables but its not working in the new table

The problem seems to be arising after row number 250. I dont why is that

Additionally, another column is displaying incorrect data If you look at column "Predicted Tier after Product Qualification" it should pick up whats written in Tier 5. If Tier 5 column says "Tier 5" it should display that but its display "Untiered - OOB"
