Troubleshooting Formula Enrichment Issues in Spreadsheet

Is there a way to add a conditional formula for 'Formula enrichment' ? I'm not seeing it right now. Also, for some reason The formula is populating all rows with the same text from the first row if there's no input from appropriate row. Can someone help me in dm to troubleshoot this please?

Hey Peter thanks for reaching out! What is the conditional formula that you would like to do? In the formula prompter, you could say something like 'If [Column Name here] has X...., then Y' Otherwise feel free to send a table link (url) so we can take a look!
