Hi there, a friend recently sent me a post on Clay, and I immediately wanted to learn more. Today I signed up for Clay, (which is the most expensive subscription I have ever decided to test). Upon signing up, the table I had created prior to signing up to test things out immediately ran 1000 rows and spent ALL my credits on data I didn’t want. Pretty rough to blow through $150 without any intention to do so. Is it possible to recharge my account so I can actually use the platform for what I intended? Thanks, Jean-Paul

I had built a rich table with people enrichment and work emails mostly for a specific industry. I didn’t spend much time analyzing it as it was just a test. I then bought the subscription and tried to refine and add different companies to this. Upon trying to alter limits it started to run once I saved a new setting. I went from ~4k credits to 0 in 1 min and got almost zero usable info for what I needed.
