How to Edit Individual Email Providers in Mobile Number Enrichment Waterfalls

Hi - I ran a mobile number enrichment waterfall and forgot to specify that it should only run when I do have an email for a contact. I can edit any individual email provider in the waterfall but can't figure out how to do the waterfall itself. Any ideas?
