Request for Refund on Renewed Plan Due to Cancellation Issue

Hey Clay S. : We attempted to cancel our plan on Clay last month. We even went ahead and clicked cancel, but didnt realize the cancellation didn't go through until we answered the questionaire. Our plan renewed beginning of this month, however we have not used a single credit and don't plan to either. Can you help with a refund for the this month? It would be much appreciated
