Best Email Service for Sending 1000 Emails: Clay Tutorial

Hi, I’m new to Clay. Just saw the video about how to send a 1000 emails, and would like to do the same. I have successfully created my list, how do I best send the emails? What service? Preferrably I would connect my gsuite, or gmail address
