Can someone help me, we moved from domains with our email, and can't seem to find a way to sign in to my old clay instance, even though we got redirect setup?
If you're having trouble signing in after changing email domains, you have two options:1. If you previously used password login: • First, log out of Clay completely • Click on "forgot password" on the login page • You'll receive an email with password reset steps at your new email address (if redirect is properly set up) 2. If you used another login method (like Google or SSO): • You'll need to reach out to our support team for assistance with updating your login methodPlease note that if you don't receive the password reset email, it likely means you used a different login method originally, and you should request human support to help resolve this.
