Error Encountered on Enterprise Plan Despite Not Exceeding 50k Users

Hey team -- got this error. haven't cross 50k, and we are on enteprise plan

Hey Harvey, thanks for the message and reporting this. Happy to troubleshoot it for you, could you send a copy of your CSV within the in-app chat if possible? Also, are you importing this as a new table or into an existing one? Thanks!

Thanks! Checking this out now. However, I couldn't find a table called "additional pull from apollo", would it be a different one, or do you have the link to it? Thank you!

Appreciate it! Okay, maybe there was a hiccup but it now gives me the option to map the columns. Of course, since the table is already at the column limit, it won't be able to create new ones but I'm assuming you want to map the values into the existing ones anyway, correct? I extende the limit slightly to 78 to help fix this. got it -- i did it on another table and it worked But i was mapping it to existing column, so dk why it was coming up
