This error occurs because you need to set up your Zerobounce account credentials in Clay before running the email waterfall. Here's how to resolve it: 1. First, ensure you're on a paid plan (Starter, Explorer, or Pro) as API key usage is not available on the free plan. 2. You'll need to add your own Zerobounce API key when selecting an account in the enrichment panel. 3. To get your API key: • Visit Zerobounce's dashboard • Follow their key management instructions • Add the key to Clay when prompted in the enrichment panelOnce you've added your API key, you should be able to run the email waterfall without encountering the authentication error. i meant it was already connected and API test run was successful, but it shows the error in waterfall when I try to run it inside of table

Since your Zerobounce API is already connected and tested successfully, you'll need to reselect your Zerobounce account specifically within the email waterfall configuration. This is because the email waterfall process includes email validation as part of its workflow, and you need to explicitly choose which Zerobounce account to use for this validation step.To fix this: 1. Open your email waterfall configuration 2. Look for the email validation section 3. Select your connected Zerobounce account when choosing the validation provider 4.
