hey team - I just blew through a ton of credits accidentally and am trying to cancel the table. am attempting to stop multiple times, but it wont work. can you please assist?

To stop credit usage in your table, you can turn off auto-update in two ways: 1. Click the three-dot icon beside your table name and select auto-update to turn it off. 2. Alternatively, click the Auto-update icon at the bottom right of your table, then select "Turn Off Table."These actions will prevent any further automatic updates and credit usage in your table. It's also a good practice to test enrichments on just a few rows before updating an entire table to avoid unexpected credit usage. Source: Auto-update and Auto-dedupe Table

Would you like to stop writing to the other table? The 'Candidate Ideas' table is now turned off so no credits are being spent anymore.

For reference, if lots of data is causing some of the buttons (stop updates, or turn off entire table) to not take into affect immediately you can click into the column settings of columns that are using credits and turn off 'Auto Update' to indirectly turn a table off.

Yeah I hope so. You can see those two tables that were linked. I had 14.6k and now have like 1.3k

Hi Edmund, I'm happy to refund these credits this time, but please note this will be a one-time exception. I noticed there were approximately 23,000 rows being written to this table. I strongly recommend turning the table off completely before writing data into one with such high volume and automatic enrichments configured to run continuously. To turn a table off, click the button in the bottom-right corner and select 'Turn Off Table'. Or you can turn off individual columns by going into columns settings as mentioned above. Just refunded the credits!
