Hello everyone, I have some general questions: 1. What is the maximum number of cold emails that can be safely sent from a warmed-up email address in a single day without the risk of them landing in the spam folder? 2. How long does it take to warm up a new email address before starting to send emails without the risk of them being marked as spam? 3. Once warmed up, what is the recommended daily email volume sent from a single email address to avoid spam filters? I’d appreciate any insights. Thank you!

For new domains: 3-4 Accounts / Domain Maximum of 100 non-warmup emails per domain Maximum of 50 emails warmup+non-warmup per account So: 1) Answered 2) 2-4 Weeks 3) Answered These guidelines will change starting Feb 2024

Namit J. Did I understand you correctly? Even if the email isn’t warmed up yet, can I already start sending up to 50 emails from it per day without a high risk of landing in spam? what will change in feb 2024?

and regarding feb 2024 - it looks like things will change only for those who send 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail accounts - isn’t it?

Namit J. Arturo O. also I’m curious about the limit of 100 non-warmup emails per domain—is this restriction applicable only to new domains? After which period of use, (2-3 months or longer?), does this restriction change? Additionally, are there any recommended maximums for daily email sending volumes for domains that are not considered new? thx!

We send a maximum of 100 non-warmup emails / domain. I know some people that send more / less. The reason I say new domains is because I have seen some domains that are 6-7 years old send more cold emails. There’s no specific number.
