Apollo API Key Issue: Loader Stuck on Company Table in Clay

Hi @Clay S. here's the issue : Apollo API key is valid and working on other Clay tables. On the Company table, the Apollo lookup column gets stuck on the spinning loader and never completes or returns an error. Generated a new Apollo API key, added it as the default in Clay, did a hard refresh issue still persists.

Hey Christina, thanks for your patience here. I can definitely reproduce the problem with the Apollo Find C suite column: - I tried rerunning row 1 (Go Lime) and eventually the spinner went back to Click to run. I would have expected it to say "Missing inputs" as the required inputs for the Apollo column were missing (AI Titles) - I tried rerunning rows 2 and 3 and they're just spinning for a long time. I'm reporting this up to our engineering team now.

For Send Table Data, can you give me a couple rows I can use as examples to test? I don't want to send data unless you're happy for it to be sent, in case it does work!

Hey Christina, I heard back from engineering on this and the spinner is happening because the inputs are stale. This happens when the values columns depend on (inputs) are changed but the column does not run. Even though there is no result, the system sees these as "stale". You can resolve the spinner issue by rerunning the input columns! Let me know if you have any more questions.

We resolved the problem. The issue was not the above - the issue was that Apollo does not take in a comma separated string as a variable input (like Clay's LinkedIn contact search does).
