I can't get the "Nimbler_Phone" step in my Mobile Phone number waterfall to accept the input I've tried to save several times now (a col. called "Best Valid Email") Here's the table.
Try clicking directly in the "Work Email Address" text box and start typing your column name "Best Valid Email" - it should appear in the dropdown for selection. [1]
If that doesn't work, check if your "Best Valid Email" column has the Required to Run toggle enabled, which might be preventing it from being selectable. [2]

The issue is likely with your table-level auto-update setting. Even though your column has auto-update enabled, if table-level auto-update is OFF, no columns will run automatically regardless of individual column settings. [1]
Check your table settings and make sure table-level auto-update is turned ON. Then your column-level auto-update will work properly.
Also, your "Only run if" condition !{{Email: Phone, Final}} might be preventing updates if that condition isn't being met. [2]

Table-level auto run is ON Only run if statement does not interfere. Sculptor just errored out when prompted 😐 Still need help.
