Hey! Is there anyway to save credits that didn't roll over because it wasn't spent in the subscription period?

Unfortunately, we can't restore credits that didn't roll over due to exceeding your plan's rollover cap.
Credits automatically roll over on monthly plans, but there's a limit - you can only accumulate up to 2x your monthly credit allocation. [1] Any credits above this cap are forfeited when your billing cycle renews.
While I don't have full information about your specific workspace's credit history, the rollover system is automatic and credits that exceed the cap can't be recovered after the billing cycle ends. [2]

I'd appreciate if you can add the credits that didn't roll over for this month only- i didn't realize the roll-over limit/ renewal date and I was planning to use all the credits
actually, this is kinda weird - it looks my credits were supposed to roll over as it was slightly over the "roll-over" limit - but the only amount that did actually roll over was the amount that was not supposed to roll over. So am not sure if it's a bug
this is a screenshot from a table before the renewal (it was supposed to roll over the 10k) but only did for 833 credits
Hi Matt, thanks for reaching out. It does look like the correct amount of credits rolled over - you currently have 20k credits. Before the renewal, you had 10,866. 10k of those rolled over + the 10k from the subscription renewal. Maybe it was just a timing issue? Let me know if this helps, or if you have any other questions!
