The "Find Employee Headcount by Criteria" enrichment requires at least one role or one country filter to get employee count data. [1] If you don't specify any criteria, the enrichment won't return results since it needs either a role filter or country filter to function properly.
There are different versions of this enrichment - one uses People Data Labs [2] and another uses Companies, People, and Jobs data. [3] Both require some criteria to be specified to work.

Find Employee Headcount by Criteria does not rely only on LeadMagic. It uses Clay’s aggregated data layer, which pulls from multiple company, people, and job data providers. When you don’t specify criteria, it returns an overall headcount estimate based on that aggregated dataset.
LeadMagic – Enrich Company is different. That headcount comes specifically from LeadMagic’s own database and methodology.
