When you invite a colleague to your workspace, they should receive an email invitation to join with the role you specified (User or Admin).
However, if they signed up independently before accepting your invitation, they would automatically be placed in their own separate workspace with a trial period. They can only access your workspace if you explicitly invite them through Settings → Team.
To properly invite them: go to Settings → Team → + Invite, enter their email, select their role, and send the invitation.
Hi Irina, thank you for reaching out. Could you please try and send a new invite over to your colleague? I assume the link that was sent is now expired and a new invitation link might solve this issue.
