How Long for Open AI API Credits to Reflect in Clay?
Hi. From experience, once credit has been added and the tiers adjusted, how long does it take for the Open AI API to reflect in Clay?
When you add credits or adjust tiers in your Clay account, there may be a delay before the changes are reflected. Typically, it takes 1-2 hours for credits to appear in your account due to transaction processing times. This delay is caused by our card provider's processing time. For example, if your renewal or credit addition occurs at 12 PM, you might see the changes reflected around 1 PM. If you continue to experience issues after this 1-2 hour period, you should request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further support.
