Help Needed: Reaching Maximum Column Limits in Data Processing

·
·

hi guys, i have a problem, as u can see here, somehow I reached the maximum number of columns. I am aware that the maximum of columns is 72, and for the action columns limit is 30, so I Write to Another table and continue the process, right now I am in the middle of finding mobile phone numbers and again I reached the limit even though I move information to another table... Can somebody help me out, it's pointless to do the same process of writing to another table all over again

The issue you're experiencing is likely related to the action (enrichment) column limit rather than the total column limit. Here's how to manage this: 1. Each table has a total limit of 70 columns, with a specific sub-limit of 30 action/enrichment columns (this increases to 40 if you implement a waterfall). 2. Even if you're under the total column limit, you may still hit the enrichment column limit. To continue adding new enrichment columns, you'll need to delete completed enrichment columns after retrieving the data. If you're having issues with the "Write to another table" function, try these steps: ** Delete the affected column ** Create a fresh column * Re-map your data to the write-to-other table (make sure auto-dedup is activated in the other table) This approach should help you continue your mobile phone number enrichment process while staying within the column limits.

Hey! I’ve raised your column limit, so you should be good to go. If you start noticing slowness, performance issues, or data not saving properly, let me know, and I can adjust it back. Hope that helps—let me know if you need anything else!

    I have one more question

Why I can't from two different lists to create a new one? Yesterday I had one list and all the info I transferred to another table, but when I tried the same process from the second list, it just copied the names of columns, but with empty rows

Hey Goran, you're not missing anything. The reason why they would be empty that'd be because there was no data added. Typically we have two ways of moving data between tables: [1. **Write to Table::**](https:://www.clay.com/university/lesson/write-to-table-clay-101) You can send data into a new table using the "write to table" option. This is great for sending lists of objects, individual values, or both. For example, if you have an enrichment with a list of multiple objects, you would select the "write to table list" option. You can also add other values to match that are in this table but not as a list. [2. **Lookup::**](https:://www.loom.com/share/ad767e3be9914d19a2f6647efe4dfa85?sid=c8b78c32-9bc1-4501-8124-d6c70d2218cf) If you want to add more information that you already found from a previous table to the current data you have (e.g., matching domains), then "lookup" is the best option. This allows you to call matching data into one table. Feel free to send me the table URL so I can troubleshoot it for you.

I think that I understand now, but still to be sure, I will send u the lists so we can check it...

Perfect! Send the lists to me and I'll check them with you. Make sure to check all the empty rows from top to bottom and left to right - sometimes cells that appear empty actually contain hidden data.
