Urgent Fix Needed for Ongoing Client Campaign Issues

I think it could be a problem with my account - when I click to use claygent or chatgpt to generate text it opens the "use AI" enrichment and I can't select to use the traditional claygent or chatgpt enrichment.
the only workaround I could find is deleting the normal output column and adding the output column directly if that makes sense. Can you try and see if you can add a claygent enrichment? I can only add "use AI" enrichments - not the traditional enrichments. The problem is with the "company industry column". I also added a second output to try and work around the problem Owen C.
Interesting. I was able to create a traditional Claygent column which is now on your table. It appears that an error appears when trying to use GPT 4o within the general 'Use AI' column Just curious, what Tier is your OpenAI account on? Just because we now require 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. If you’re trying to use Claygent with a model lower than Tier 2, it won’t work. However, ChatGPT will still work fine in these cases. Many thanks for your help Owen C., I'll check and upgrade my tier in chatgpt api, but I thought this should not affect my ability to create a claygent column etc. as it automatically opens and defaults to the clay Neon etc., is there any way I can fix clay always opening "use AI" instead of actual claygent or openai? Did you do anything different from usual to create the claygent column other than click on it from Add enrichment>tools>claygent

Of course! You should definitely be able to use Claygent as-is. I followed the same steps you mentioned—'Add enrichment > Tools > Claygent' (see the image below in your table).
