Hi Chris - thanks so much for reaching out! It seems that the column was using an older version of our Claygent enrichment that has recently been updated. It may have been a column in a previous table that was then imported in, which caused an issue. I just ran the same prompt in a new column using the same configuration and can see that previously where they were "Timed Out" and "Error" showing, it is now getting a response. If you try the new Claygent column on more rows and still see issues, let us know and we can try to find an alternative fix. Apologies for this, and I'll be flagging this with our team to make it clearer in the future if an old Claygent column is being used. Hope that clarifies things here!
