Hi guys, this is what I did so far I already scrapped google map with location and using Serper dev 'place API' and now I want to find out the companies negative reviews in Google maps without using Clay credits so what should I do now? like should I again use HTTPs and company urls and use the review API from the serper dev and do it? can you guys share a video tutorial on how to do it liek what to write in the body part of the HTTPs feature?
To find companies' negative reviews on Google Maps using Serper dev's API, you can use our "Find Business Reviews Information with Google" action. Here's how: 1. Use the action with inputs like company name, website, or address. 2. The action will return review information, including ratings and review counts. For more detailed review content: 1. Use "Find Business Reviews Text and Keywords with Google" action. 2. Input the Place ID (obtained from the previous action). 3. This will provide review text and associated keywords. You can then filter for negative reviews based on the content or ratings. We don't have a specific video tutorial for this process, but you can find more information about these actions in our integration documentation. If you need further assistance, please ask for human support in this chat.
When u get the scrapped data and successfull api call u can map everyrhing include reviews
I used place API from serper but I didnt get any reviews data
Hey - Feel free to send me the table URL if you'd like us to see what's happening. Typically, you'll need to: 1. Use the HTTP column and Serper dev's Review API 2. Make sure you have the place_id parameter from your previous scrape 3. Structure your API request to specifically filter for negative reviews I don't have a video tutorial specifically for this as we don't have access to Serper. Sorry for this
