What's going on? Im trying to add an instantly integration, like I've done in the past for a number of other tables, and I'm getting the following message:
To successfully set up the Instantly integration in Clay, you need to meet two key requirements:1. Add your Instantly API key to Clay: • You'll need to obtain your API key from Instantly first (you can find this in Instantly's documentation) • You can add this key within any Instantly enrichment panel in Clay 2. Have an existing campaign in Instantly: • You must have a campaign already set up in Instantly before using the integration • Note that you cannot create new campaigns directly within Clay • You'll need the Instantly campaign ID for the integration to workIf you're seeing an error message, it's likely because one of these requirements isn't met. However, if you are on an explorer plan and you cannot Instantly, could you kindly share a table/workspace with us? However, once the trial period is over it will move you to the Free tier (clay.com/pricing). Let us know though!
my email address is jason@fastenhealth.net I'm currently on the Starter Plan, not the free tier. I've been on a paid plan for a couple of months now, since sept or oct.
Thank you, found the account. I was unable to confirm if there was an issue with those integrations being enabled due to some backend issue, but yeah, Email Sequencers fall under the Explorer plan+ (aside from the trial period). Of course, happy to help out as you ramp and run things while you're in the Starter plan. For this feature specifically, I enabled it for an extended 3 month trial, you should be able to refresh your page and add those columns into your table now.
