Same here - can't log into the account!

There could be a few reasons why you're having trouble logging in. If you're using a password, try the "forgot password" option on the login page to reset it. You'll receive an email with instructions. If you don't receive the email, you might be set up to sign in using Google Authentication. Try logging in with your Google account instead. If you're still having issues, you can try logging out completely and then logging back in: 1. Select your profile on the top right of the screen 2. Click "Sign Out" 3. Then attempt to log in again If you need to change your login method or are still experiencing problems, you'll need to speak with a human for further assistance. Click on "Talk to a person" for more help.
