Hi Everyone I'm trying to find leads from specific target companies, focusing on higher-level positions in the marketing and product departments. However, in Clay, I’m not able to find a "Product" department under job functions. Even within the Marketing department, I’m seeing roles related to Public Relations, which I want to exclude. Additionally, in the job title field, I'm finding it difficult to exclude certain titles. Is there a way to build personas that can help streamline this process? Also, are there any predefined templates in Clay that would be especially useful for this search?
To find leads from specific target companies in Clay, focusing on higher-level marketing and product positions while excluding certain roles, you can use our "Find People" feature. Here's how: 1. Start with your list of target companies in Clay. 2. Use the "Find People" source to search within these companies. 3. Configure your search using filters: • Job Titles: Include "VP," "Director," "Head of" for marketing and product roles. • Bio Keywords: Add relevant skills or expertise. • Exclude unwanted roles (like PR) using negative keywords. You can further refine your search using experience filters and other criteria. For a streamlined process, check out our templates at clay.com/templates. We have predefined workflows that might suit your needs, such as finding and prioritizing candidates. If you need more specific guidance, consider requesting human assistance for a tailored approach to your unique requirements.
