Struggling to Find Restaurants and Owners in Nevada for Table Creation

Hi, I am trying to create my first table (new) and am following the instruction on the video. Im trying to locate Restaurants and/or restaurant owners in Nevada within a certain employee range and privately help. I keep getting 0 results which is obviously not correct. I have also tried sevraal other searches and am getting very little or no results. What I am asking for is fairly genric so I dont understand why Clay is not finding companies or contacts. Any help is appreciated.
