If you're unable to log in, you'll need to:1. First log out of Clay completely
2. Click on the "forgot password" option on the login screen
3. Follow the password reset steps in the email you receiveNote: If you don't receive a password reset email, you may have originally signed in using a different method (like Google or SSO). In this case, you'll need to request help from our support team.
Since you originally signed in with Google, you should simply use the "Sign in with Google" button on the login page with your new company email address. You don't need to use the password reset option since your account is linked to Google authentication. If you're still unable to access your account after trying this method, you'll need to request help from our support team.
