For managing multiple tables, Clay offers workbooks that let you organize tables in one place with reorderable tabs, but this doesn't solve the column comparison issue you're describing. [4]
Are you mainly looking to compare the column order between the two tables, or do you need to compare the actual data within those columns?
If you still need help with comparing your tables or organizing columns, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve with the table comparison?

Clay doesn't have a hierarchy or outline view for comparing column orders between tables. For rearranging columns, you can drag and drop them directly in the table view to reorder them.
You can also rename columns to make them easier to identify when comparing. [1]
Since you're working with 54 columns, you might want to try our built-in AI tool called Sculptor (top-right corner) - it can help build and organize table structures more efficiently. Have you tried using Sculptor for this workflow?
If you need any more help with comparing column orders or using Sculptor, I’m here to assist. Would you like to share more about your workflow or any specific challenges you’re facing?
