Navigating Corporate Structures and Stakeholders for Effective Webscraping

Hi there, i'm struggling to get accurate results for pulling corporate structures for the companies that we are targeting via webscraping, as often there are multiple companies in the same group spread across regions or countries, and then we want to find stakeholders to target in these different companies and its getting really hard to navigate. Finally this is important so we have a really accurate CRM and company overview that we can pull. Whats the best way in clay to accurately see a company e.g. Avacon Netz GmbH, to see they are owned by Avacon AG, who is owned by E.ON Deutschland (who owns many other regional energy companies we want to target like Mainova AG), who is part of E.ON group (who then owns other companies in other markets we want to target e.g. E.ON owns Delgaz Grid in Romania). Is there an ID like a Dun & Bradstreet number that we can pull and use to get these hierarchies accurately?
