What to do if Enrich personal profile retrieves limited data compared to Clay's input?

what should I do if the Enrich personal profile hasn't returned enough information as it should? the profile seems have much more information than the output from Clay

Sorry for the delay! So it looks like this profile or LI themselves have restricted visibility of some of these fields and our providers that help with collecting this info weren't able to detect but the most recent info.We're looking into this to ensure that could be covered/improved though!

ah ok I see, thanks for your info. but on the same note, it seems even when Clay can access to all the data, it somehow stills missed capturing it For example, this one was missed Title and Headline while being able to capture Summary https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-nooij-8034a24/

Here's a quick explanation of what may be going on and what our providers for these tools may be running into: This is likely because our LinkedIn integrations don't use your active session or cookies to find data on LinkedIn. The tradeoff is that it could miss some information here and there, especially if there are privacy restrictions in their profiles, meaning that you need to be logged into an account to see all the data, that could be a limitation set by LinkedIn or the person themselves.We're continuously working on these tools to improve coverage though!
